Alexandra Maria Lara (born in Romania) is a Romanian actress as well as a television host. She's most famous as the protagonist of Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control and Rush. Being the sole daughter of Romanian actress Valentin Platareanu, Alexandra started her show business career early. She was a lead actress in dramas on television as young at the age of 16.
