Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara has been an Romanian/German film and television actress for over a decade. Alexandra is well-known for her the roles she played in Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Born the only child to Romanian actors Valentin Platareu, Alexandra began her career in show business from a young age. When she reached the age of 16, Alexandra had landed leading roles in several television dramas. Her performance as Adolf Hitler's Secretary Traudl Jue, from Downfall (an Oscar-nominated wartime historical film), was critically and critically acclaimed commercially. The Reader, Der Baader Meinhof Komplex as well as The Reader are also Oscar-nominated films featuring the actress. Alexandra has been involved in numerous significant international and national productions over the years. Among others, these projects include the British biographical film Control Greek Drama film The Dust of Time French Historical Miniseries Napoleon and many more. In addition, she is an official jury member for each of The Transylvania International Film Festival and Cannes Film Festival.
